This Privacy Policy describes how Storm Strong, LLC ("Peptivik," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information submitted through peptivik.com. Peptivik is a patient intake and care coordination platform. Clinical evaluation and prescribing are performed independently by Beluga Health P.A., a licensed medical practice, which maintains its own privacy practices governing protected health information collected during clinical care.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact information (name, email, phone, shipping address), account information, payment information processed through our payment processor, and intake-related information you choose to submit before being routed to Beluga Health P.A.'s clinical intake. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.
3. Protected health information
Protected health information (PHI), including medical history, symptoms, and clinical intake responses, is collected and maintained by Beluga Health P.A. in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state law. Peptivik does not independently store or access PHI outside of what is necessary for care coordination, billing, and shipping fulfillment.
4. How we use information
We use collected information to operate the Peptivik platform, process payments, coordinate prescription fulfillment with licensed pharmacy partners, communicate with patients about their orders, and comply with applicable federal and state law, including telehealth and pharmacy regulations.
5. How we share information
We share information with Beluga Health P.A. for clinical evaluation and prescribing, with licensed compounding pharmacies for prescription fulfillment, and with payment processors and shipping carriers as needed to complete your order. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
6. Data security
We use commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices

By accessing or using peptivik.com (the "Site"), operated by Storm Strong, LLC ("Peptivik," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of service
Peptivik operates a patient intake and care coordination platform. Peptivik is not a licensed medical provider, pharmacy, or healthcare practice. Clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and prescribing decisions are made exclusively by independent licensed providers at Beluga Health P.A. ("Beluga"), based on their own professional judgment. Use of the Site does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed or approved.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state where Peptivik's services are available to use this Site. Availability varies by state and is subject to change.
4. Compounded medications
Medications referenced on this Site, where applicable, may be compounded preparations prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not subject to FDA pre-market review for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality. Compounded medications may carry risks that differ from commercially manufactured, FDA-approved drugs.

6. Payment and subscriptions

7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for dispensed prescription medication are generally not available once a prescription has been approved and fulfilled, except as required by applicable law.
8. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during intake and to update it as needed. Providing false or misleading health information may result in denial of service and may pose risks to your health.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Peptivik trademark, is the property of Storm Strong, LLC or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Strong, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Storm Strong, LLC is not responsible for clinical decisions made by independent licensed providers at Beluga Health P.A. or for the preparation of medications by third-party compounding pharmacies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your state of residence.
